GHRP2/Sermorelin Injection – TeleWellnessMD

GHRP 2, a 6 chain amino acid, is a ghrelin analogue that stimulates the release of endogenous growth hormone (GH) within the somatotropes of the anterior pituitary.

GHRP-2 works differently than GHRH by increasing the number of somatotropes in a pulsatile fashion by limiting the amount of somatostatin present. GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) increases GH by increasing the amplitude at which the pituitary cells pulse. The increased volume of human growth hormone (hGH) produced by the pituitary gland causes an increase in the production of Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1) by the liver and results in several health benefits such as: decreased body fat, increased muscle mass, increased strength, improved stamina, immune support, and tissue recovery.

Optimizing the production and secretion of GH can be a great addition to any fitness regimen or wellness program. GHRPs have also been shown to raise cortisol levels in those with poor functioning adrenal glands. Some conditions associated with low cortisol are fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, depression, and obesity to name a few.

GHRPs work synergistically with Sermorelin (GHRH analogue) for improved production and secretion of GH.
