It #39;s time to get in shape! I #39;ll use my own knowledge, little as it is. I do know how to lose weight because I #39;ve done it before (from 90kg to 78kg) using this methode three years ago. It #39;s real simple on paper but hard to do it for real. Eat right, watch out for food items that contains high amount of calories and work out every day. As for working out every day, it might not be for everyone, but I #39;ll do my best to work out every day untill I feel I could get hurt, then I will take some time to recover. 30 min is all that #39;s needed. My goals for this session is to weigh 80kg, my starting weight is 92,9, and ride 1000km on the stationary bike. On a side note, I have been on this diet for 2 weeks before I decided to do this combo with diet and exercise. My videos will contain info of what I eat and how many calories these items contains. How far I #39;ve ridden on the bike also totals from day 1. The current weight for every day compared with the starter weight (92,9kg).
