I started this blog to share my success story with the world. I finally did it. Let me start from the beginning. I was always a heavy set girl, but also I was never really watching what I eat and if I gain weight or not. It got me to 202 lbs 🙁 I signed up for gyms numerous times, but never went (haven #39;t we all). I tried all kinds of diets, but those only gave me short term relief. I would lose some, but as soon as I was off the diet all lost pounds surely came back and brought guests back 🙁 I also tried some "medical" weight loss pills... that give you jitters and no energy at the end of the day... I was so sick of it all. Finally I was so depressed, cause there I was 202lbs and my best friends wedding was coming up in 4 weeks. I couldn #39;t not go, I was THE Maid of Honor after all and I was just about to puke thinking about all those ugly pictures to come. I wanted to lose weight fast!
