Day 2 of my alternate day fasting blog and how to lose weight the fast and healthy way. I have learnt that in order to get an accurate measurement on my weight it is best that I weight myself the same time each day. Hence, I have chosen to do it first thing in the morning. I am determine to lose weight fast but in a healthy way for my wedding that will be on the 5 February 2013. I will be losing at least 10 kg - 22 lbs before then.
