Hello, this is Gary reporting on day 16 of my alternate day fasting. I am weighing 81.9 modes energy levels were quite poor today is my fasting day, I had one meal in the evening around 7pm. my learnings is I took a day off even though I met my exercise goals. I spent the day by taking my dog for a walk to leave my body to recover. I had a pizza without cheese and this made my energy levels go down. The benefit of alternative day fasting is feeding sensitivity of food. I eat slowly and I sense the nutritional value of the food.
