Day 13 - Alternate Day Fasting * WATCH and Learn How To Lose Weight Fast Using Intermittent Fasting
Hi this is Gary reporting on day 13 of my alternate day fasting. This morning I weighed myself and I weighed 82.6 Kgs, No change from yesterday my mood level was good and it was my fasting day.It was a Sunday and I was able to go out and have lunch. But still my energy levels was 3.5. I started eating at 1 pm and late evening after my exercise. my full goal was 4.g. My challenges is training , I feel hungry and get tempted when I see someone eating on TV or food in my house. Another learning is the weight fluctuations, for the first time yesterday I weighed myself first thing in the morning and then last thing at night before I went to bed surprisingly I found out that there was 1kg fluctuation.For instance before I slept I was 83.6 so overnight overnight I have lost 1 Kilo.
