hCG Diets / Diet Doc hCG Diets & Weight Loss Plans Announces Benefits of an Individualized hCG Diet Plan for Men Over 50

Testosterone levels begin to decrease incrementally in men beginning at the age of 30. hCGTreatments / Diet Doc hCG Diet & Weight Loss Plans recognizes the need for aging men to increase testosterone levels, and recommends that they do it naturally with a prescription hCG diet, proven to help men shed unwanted weight and naturally boost testosterone levels.

Dalas, TX (PRWEB) October 13, 2012

hCG or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, is a hormone discovered by an Endocrinologist named A.T.W.Simeons in the 1950s, and when paired with a regulated, low-calorie diet, the hCG diet plan delivers fast weight loss and beneficial side effects. Men who are obese or just trying to lose a little weight, and who are over 50 will undoubtedly experience the greatest benefit from a prescription hCG diets ability to help lower cholesterol, blood pressure, and balance blood sugar levels. In addition, hCG naturally signals the male body to produce a little extra testosterone, the key to feeling young over 50.

A study conducted by Stephen E Borst and Thomas Mulligan indicated that "In older men, low circulating testosterone is correlated with low muscle strength, with high adiposity, with insulin resistance and with poor cognitive performance." hCGTreatments / Diet Doc Weight Loss have found that an effective way to manage low testosterone in aging men, and drop unwanted weight is with a prescription hCG diet. Low testosterone plagues many men over 50, who seek testosterone therapy from over-the-counter sources or synthetically manufactured drugs that are somewhat untested.

A lack or results can be frustrating for many older males, but Diet Doc offers a natural solution to novel testosterone treatments. For men looking to shed unwanted weight, a clinically supervised hCG diet offers the necessary weight loss benefits, but with the added positive, naturally-occurring effect of raising the perpetually lowering testosterone levels in older males, safely and without the side effects of traditional high level testosterone replacement therapy. Natural testosterone is produced by the patient's own body in response to hCG treatments. According to Borst and Mulligan, "[traditional] testosterone therapy produces a number of adverse effects, including worsening of sleep apnea, gynecomastia, polycythemia and elevation of PSA." However, with clinically monitored, physician designed prescription hCG diets from Diet Doc, males over 50 can lose unwanted weight safely and effectively, meanwhile boosting sagging testosterone levels naturally, and without any side effects of synthetic testosterone.

Roughly 10% to 25% of males age 50 and older have low testosterone. A study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism states that "men over 50 may not live as long if they have low testosterone." Male patients who are overweight, and over 50 will benefit from the prescription hCG diet plan the most as they gain two-fold: these patients lose weight fast, increasing their overall health, and simultaneously experience an increase in testosterone in the bloodstream which further increases overall health, increasing their lifespan. The natural testosterone produced when on the hCG diet is much more subtle than testosterone replacement therapy, and naturally occurs inside the patient's body in response to presence of hCG. This slight increase is because hCG mimics luteinizing hormone (LH) which stimulates the testicles to produce testosterone. It is common for energy to go up once in ketosis (optimal fat burning) when combined with the potential for some testosterone stimulation. Diet Doc Weight Loss vigorously monitors patients to ensure a safe, medically supervised weight loss experience that produces fast weight loss and natural incremental increase in needed testosterone.

New Scientific Breakthrough Creates Most Effective Weight Loss Pill to Date

Scientists at Skinny Nutraceuticals have discovered a new all-natural weight loss formula, being sold under the name Easy-100 because it is now the easiest way to quickly lose 100 pounds.

Dracut, MA (PRWEB) October 13, 2012

Through groundbreaking research and development, scientists specializing in natural weight loss medicines have discovered a new plant based formula that is causing dramatic weight loss in 99.5% of users. While the company will not reveal the exact formula to protect their patent, they will report that the breakthrough comes from the derivatives of two plant species found in Europe. When the two 100% natural ingredients are ingested by the user, they latch on to and destroy human fat cells, while simultaneously increasing the metabolism. As a result, users do not need to diet or exercise, and simply need to follow the Easy-100 cycle for drastic results. The cycle is simply two capsules a day, six days a week, for an average weight loss of two pounds per day and 12 pounds per week. Users who repeat this cycle eight times (meaning eight weeks) see an average weight loss of an astounding 96 pounds.

Easy-100 was previously only available overseas by prescription only. Users in Italy, Holland, France, and all around the world have reported that it has gotten them down to an easy 100 pounds in just days to weeks. These results prompted Skinny Nutraceuticals to bring their scientific formula over to the U.S., as Easy-100 and are now providing it without a prescription. This means Easy-100 is the original and first non-prescription time-release capsule sold in America. Additionally, thanks in part to a grant to help get America healthy, users can get paid $5 per pound of weight lost simply by reporting their success story to Skinny Nutraceuticals. Full details of the Get paid 5$ per pound you lose program can be found on the Easy-100 website: http://www.easy-100.com

Beyond the many success stories submitted by users, doctors are also praising the Easy-100 time-release capsule for helping their obese patients finally lose weight quickly and safely. A Time-Release capsule is the most effective and controlled medical technology available, and when this technology is combined with the powerful Easy-100 formula, we are seeing a drastic result of 99.5% success in clinical trials, reports Dr. Caroline Brown, Director of Research and Development. She goes on to report that Easy-100 is now the only capsule she will recommend.

###

About Easy-100:

Previously only available in other countries by prescription only, Easy-100 is now offered in the U.S. without a prescription by Skinny Nutraceuticals. It has been renamed Easy-100 because it is the easiest, healthy way to quickly lose 100 pounds. The 100% natural plant ingredients within the Easy-100 capsule burn off thousands of fat cells from the body and will devour twelve pounds of fat in six days for every twelve capsules used. Easy-100 is also the only weight loss solution that pays its customers a generous $5 per pound of weight loss. For more information, visit: http://www.easy-100.com

Samsung Passion for E-Recycling Challenge Urges Edmonton to Lose Unwanted e-waste Weight

The More the City Participates, the Closer They Come to Winning a Maximum $50,000 in Samsung Hope for Children Technology Grants for Edmonton Children

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Oct. 12, 2012) -

Editors Note: A photo for this release will be available via Marketwire on the picture wire of The Canadian Press.

Samsung Canada, The Brick and Global Electric Electronic Processing (GEEP) today challenged Edmonton to pitch in to help lose pesky, unwanted e-waste weight. Coinciding with national Waste Reduction Week, the Samsung Passion for E-Recycling Challenge (October 12-21) aims to safely and responsibly divert thousands of kilograms of electronic waste in Edmonton from landfill. The more e-waste Edmonton residents collect, the greater the rewards: up to $50,000 in Samsung Hope for Children technology grants could be donated to Edmonton children.

"E-waste recycling is an important part of our global sustainability efforts and Samsung Hope for Children initiatives in Canada," said Andrew Barrett, VP Marketing for Samsung Canada. "Through the Samsung Passion for E-Recycling Challenge, the more e-waste Edmonton loses, the more Edmonton children gain - up to $50,000 in technology grants."

"Edmonton has been home to The Brick for over 40 years, and we're proud to support an initiative that will do so much good for the community," said Vi (Violet) Konkle, President and CEO of The Brick Group. "I believe the Samsung Passion for E-Recycling Challenge in Edmonton will help contribute to stronger, more sustainable Canadian communities."

Edmonton residents are urged to pitch in by simply dusting off those old electronics hiding in basements, garages and attics and bringing them to a participating Brick store location or local school.

If the participating Brick store locations each reach a collection target of 1 tonne (1,000 kg) of e-waste, four selected community organizations - from YMCA chapters to Boys and Girls Clubs - will share in $20,000 in Samsung Hope for Children technology grants. For each piece of e-waste dropped off, consumers will also receive a coupon for 10 percent off Samsung electronics at The Brick. Participating Brick store locations include:

From October 12-21, Edmonton residents can also experience an interactive Samsung e-waste display at West Edmonton Mall (near the Segway Space, Lower Level).

Haque Chiropractic, Inc. teams up with Don's Lifestyle Fitness and Develop an Exercise DVD Specific for Back Pain …

After working together for several years, a chiropractor who is also ACE Certified joins with her husband who is a personal trainer to create exercise routines specific for the person who has back pain and wants to lose weight.

Livermore, CA (PRWEB) October 02, 2012

The truth is, exercise is essential for back pain sufferers especially who are overweight but certain exercises are harmful while others are crucial to help them slim down and feel better.

Dr. Anita (a chiropractor and personal trainer) is an expert in lower back pain and exercise who has teamed up with her husband, Don Parker (expert fitness trainer in Livermore, CA) to help people with low back pain exercise safely to combat their problems and weight gain.

Here are a few tips they offer:

1.Always keep your stomach tight. Every time you bend forward or backward, sit for lengths of time or change positions, keeping your stomach muscles contracted will protect the lower back spine and minimize pain and injuries.

2.Breathing with movement is a key component to burning fat and calories. Many people who exercise get so focused on doing the movement that they forget to breath! Certain breathing techniques will maximize the efficiency of fat burning and getting quicker results.

3.Stretch the muscles while you strengthen them! Flexibility is the secret to your age. The more flexible you are, the younger you are and the slower your body and spine will degenerate. Many exercises can be strengthening as you stretch.

CREDENTIALS: Dr. Anita Haque is an expert Chiropractor in Livermore who shares a facility with her husband Don Parker (fitness trainer). They have won best of Livermore awards 5 years in a row. Dr. Anita is also a certified personal trainer like her husband. Her husband has helped thousands of people slim down and get into shape through expert personal training and nutrition. Dr. Anita Haque is also an author of The Chiropractic Way to Health book and has been featured in Chiropractic magazine for her innovative approach of chiropractic treatment with exercise. Together they have produced 3 exercise videos for people who suffer with lower back pain and want to slim down which will soon be available on Amazon.

Diet Doc hCG Diet Plan Announces a New Section on Their Website to Help People Understand Everything They've Ever …

Diet Doc hCG Diet has added a new comprehensive section to their website to help people get answers to the questions they have when learning or searching for the best hCG diet available.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) October 01, 2012

Diet Doc hCG Diet has added a new comprehensive section to their website to help people get answers to the questions they have when learning or searching for the best hCG diet available.

Certain phenomena gain popularity largely based on an enormous internet presence without other reliable resources in place to clarify misconceptions which are propagated unchecked. The hCG diet and hCG weight loss protocol is an obvious example. Over the last few years, the marketing and websites promoting the use of hCG for weight loss have grown astronomically on the internet. While there are legitimate hCG weight loss clinics, the vast majority of the information on hCG and the hCG products offered online are designed to confuse and make profit from an unknowing public.

There are four of the egregious errors that, due to the quantity of websites claiming the contrary to be true, must be clarified.

First, the original hCG diet was developed several decades ago by a Dr Simeons and he used an extremely restricted 500 calorie per day diet. Eating so few calories per day is inherently risky and can lead to health problems. From what we have learned about diet and nutrition since the 1950s, there is absolutely nothing about losing weight on hCG that requires patients to consume so few calories. There are in fact, many types of much safer diets that couple well with hCG for weight loss and in most cases are just as effective as the severely restricted diet. While this fact is true, 99% of the websites, blogs, videos, and other online chatter about hCG promote the 500 calorie diet.

Next, many online sites make unqualified and unsubstantiated claims on the effectiveness of the hCG weight loss program. They claim that patients are losing 2 pounds of fat per day. They claim that hCG is a permanent cure for obesity. Neither of these claims are true and in most states in this country making fraudulent medical claims is not only unethical, but illegal.

Third, it is not true that all hCG is created equally. Homeopathic hCG drops are definitely not the same as prescription hCG. While there are some legitimate prescription strength tablets being compounded by pharmacies, hCG drops in liquid form are never prescription strength. Furthermore, the majority of hCG sold online directly to the public is either not true prescription strength or it is being obtained and sold illegally. There are also claims that there is special hCG weight loss for women and special hCG weight loss for men. Not true. Again, legitimate hCG weight loss clinics do exist. Prescription hCG is a medication and as such should always be prescribed by a qualified professional.

Lastly, most websites claim that hCG is a permanent reset for metabolism. This is also false. Any method one chooses to utilize to lose weight, whether it be diet or exercise or lap band surgery or gastric bypass surgery, once the weight is off long term strategies must be implemented to keep the weight off and stay healthy. Therefore, a tremendous failing of nearly all hCG weight loss available online is the lack of long term support and an effective maintenance program.

Diet Doc physicians are highly trained experts in the weight loss field and are the only doctors in America utilizing a modern-day hCG prescription diet . Diet Doctors have collectively seen thousands of successful cases, and will give people a personalized diet plan based on health history, age and gender along with specialty weight loss products and medications, including prescription hCG all to help people lose rapid weight safely.

Obese Dachshund takes on challenge of being Doxie version of ‘Biggest Loser’

When Portland resident Nora Vanatta agreed to foster an obese dog, she got more - about 40 pounds more, to be exact - than she bargained for.

A dog lover with a Dachshund and black Lab of her own, she follows Oregon Dachshund Rescue on Facebook.

The organization had posted a plea from a relative of the dog's previous owners, pleading for someone to help the five-year-old dog. The ownersare elderly and in failing health, and, Vanatta says, offered him food as a way to demonstrate love.

The EMT and Certified Nursing Assistant offered to foster the dog if there was a way he could get to her. A volunteer from Seattle transported Obie (whose previous name was AJ), and delivered him to Vanatta.

She wasnt expecting a 77-pound purebred Dachshund.

Turns out, Obie is one lucky dog. His new owner is equipped with a degree in animal science and eight years experience as a certified veterinary technician. Shes also an experienced dog owner and is ready to whip Obie gently into shape.

Vanatta is working with a Purina representative to feed Obie a low-fat, high-protein diet that also contains isoflavones, a natural bioactive compound designed to reduce oxidative stress in overweight dogs.

While hes unable to do any actual exercise just yet, Vanatta will introduce him to hydrotherapy and perhaps a treadmill. Since his bones and joints are under so much stress, shes waiting for him to slowly gain muscle mass as he begins to lose weight just by eating better.

She also points out that her two dogs are both fit and active and will serve as good role models.

Miraculously, despite Obies extra 40 pounds, he still received a clean bill of health. The dog is sweet, loving and a joy to work with, Vanatta says.

Dieting suggested for more pregnant women

BALTIMORE Before Aiesha Eddins got pregnant, she didn't give much thought to her diet.

"I ate whatever," said the 27-year-old Owings Mills, Md., woman. "We ordered take-out."

But when she weighed in at 220 pounds during her initial prenatal visit, she quickly earned a spot at the Johns Hopkins Hospital's Nutrition in Pregnancy Clinic, launched in December to counsel and treat obese women. The clinic has around a dozen patients but already is expanding.

An estimated one in five pregnant women are obese, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, an epidemic according to some doctors who have begun to buck conventional ideas about "eating for two." They now recommend healthy diets, little or no weight gain and even bariatric surgery for obese women before they get pregnant.

Obese pregnant women are at increased risk of miscarriage, high blood pressure, diabetes, pre-term delivery, stillbirth, cesarean section and other problems. Their babies, which are harder to see on ultrasounds, are more likely to be obese and diabetic and have other maladies.

Conventional advice for these women since 2009 has been to gain 11 to 20 pounds, reflecting guidance from the Institute of Medicine, the influential federal advisory panel. Normal weight women are told to gain 25 to 35 pounds.

Most doctors generally stick to the guidance and treat obesity complications, said Dr. Janice Henderson, an obstetrician for high-risk pregnancies at

Eddins was counseled to eat more fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Now seven months pregnant, she's lost 20 pounds.

"Over the course of a pregnancy they learn a lot that we hope will have a carry-over effect postpartum both for themselves, their child, and perhaps even spill over to other family members," Henderson said about the women in the Hopkins clinic. "Imagine if we don't begin to address this problem what the next generation or the generation after that will look like with respect to obesity rates."

Henderson said some women gain too much weight in pregnancy, but most already are overweight. Federal statistics show that nearly a third of women of reproductive age are obese, and the numbers are higher among minorities.

FDA approves Belviq, the first new weight-loss pill in 13 years

WASHINGTON The Food and Drug Administration has approved Arena Pharmaceutical's anti-obesity pill Belviq, the first new prescription drug for long-term weight loss to enter the U.S. market in over a decade.

Despite only achieving modest weight loss in clinical studies, the drug appeared safe enough to win the FDA's endorsement, amid calls from doctors for new weight-loss treatments.

The agency cleared the pill Wednesday for adults who are obese or are overweight with at least one medical complication, such as diabetes or high cholesterol.

The FDA denied approval for Arena's drug in 2010 after scientists raised concerns about tumors that developed in animals studied with the drug. The company resubmitted the drug with additional data earlier this year, and the FDA said there was little risk of tumors in humans.

"The approval of this drug, used responsibly in combination with a healthy diet and lifestyle, provides a treatment option for Americans who are obese or are overweight and have at least one weight-related comorbid condition," said FDA's drug center director, Dr. Janet Woodcock, in a statement.

Arena and its partner Eisai Inc. of Woodcliff Lake, N.J., expect to launch the drug in early 2013.

With U.S. obesity rates nearing 35 percent of the adult population, many doctors have called on the FDA to approve new weight loss treatments.

But a long line of prescription weight loss offerings have been associated with safety problems, most notably the fen-phen combination, which was linked to heart valve damage in 1997. The cocktail of phentermine and fenfluramine was a popular weight loss combination prescribed by doctors, though it was never approved by FDA.

In a rare move, the FDA explicitly stated in a press release that Belviq "does not appear to activate" a chemical pathway that was linked to the heart problems seen with fen-phen.

The FDA said the drug acts on a different chemical pathway in the brain, which is believed to reduce appetite by boosting feelings of satiety and fullness.

Dr. Ronald Sha comments: FDA clears first new weight-loss pill in 13 years

By: Matthew Perrone | Associated Press, NBC-17 Published: June 27, 2012 Updated: June 27, 2012 - 4:36 PM

The Food and Drug Administration has approved Arena Pharmaceutical's anti-obesity pill Belviq, the first new prescription drug for long-term weightloss to enter the U.S. market in over a decade.

Despite only achieving modest weightloss in clinical studies, the drug appeared safe enough to win the FDA's endorsement, amid calls from doctors for new weight-loss treatments.

Dr. Ronald Sha, medical director at Duke Diet and Fitness Center, said the FDA sets the bar high, which should hopefully mean the drug is safe.

The FDA realizes that as soon as theres a weight loss medicine approved, two-thirds of American adults are going to want to take it and the FDA realizes that if only a tiny fraction of a percentage of people have side effects, thats thousands of people who have side effects," he said

Still, he's not ready to prescribe it. He wants to wait a few months after it's on the market before allowing his patients to take it.

"There have been a large number of weight loss medicines approved in this country that have subsequently been taken off the market after theyve been found to have unpleasant side effects, so I think itd be wise to just wait and see if its completely safe," he said.

"The approval of this drug, used responsibly in combination with a healthy diet and lifestyle, provides a treatment option for Americans who are obese or are overweight and have at least one weight-related comorbid condition," said FDA's drug center director, Dr. Janet Woodcock, in a statement.
