When it comes to fitness, many people will turn to personal trainers for assistance. Maybe, if you are like me, you like to keep track of your fitness goals on your own. Well, if a personal trainer is a bit out of your budget or not your thing, consider turning your cell phone into your very own personal trainer. There are a variety of apps on the market that can track your fitness as well as show you top exercises to do to make the most out of your fitness routine. These are five of the top ones out there right now.

Nike Training Club

The Nike Training Club app is your very own pocket personal trainers. It includes 85 different custom-built workouts designed to help you get lean and toned. As you progress, you can unlock special extra workouts performed by celebrities and professional athletes. The workouts range from 30-45 minute full body workouts to 15 minute targeted workouts.

Endomondo

Endomondo is a fitness tracking app that allows you to track your running, cycling and a variety of other sports. It tracks your running, distance and speed. RunKeeper

The RunKeeper app is great for all the runners out there. It uses a built-in GPS to track your distance, time and pace. You can then upload the data to the RunKeeper website where you are able to view your routes and the history of all your running activities.
