Here #39;s the first video for my BonesToMuscle Fitness channel. It is just an introduction of myself and why I am here. The channel will be catered to the "hard gainers" or "ectomorphs" - the tall skinny guys that want to learn some things that they can use to put on a few pounds. I am 6 #39;4", and I went from 158 lbs in January 2008 to currently being 183 lbs in March 2013. My target weight is 195 lbs so hopefully I can reach that with your support. I plan to use the channel to discuss some different things such as food, supplements like whey protein and mass gainers, and other things that other guys like me who want to gain weight think about. I #39;ll discuss what has worked for me, and what hasn #39;t worked as well as I thought. I will also review different whey proteins and supplements as I try them out. I have a sensitive stomach but I #39;ll do it for y #39;all lol. I #39;ll also be sure to have better lighting and clarity in the future videos. I #39;m just getting started!
