Hi this is Gary on day 25 of my alternate day diet and I weighed in this morning at 78 Kilos. My new low! Since yesterday I have lost 1.5 kgs. I have lost now 6.5 KGS after three weeks so 6.5 is not bad at all. It was my normal eating day and energy levels very good as well as my mood. My food was pretty bad I ate a lot of rice- white carbohydrate as I said I am giving myself freedom to eat what I like. I was Saturday I had a couple of beer a glass of wine and still remained active. I went down to the gym did a lot of spinning walked on the terndmil at home while watching TV. So I kept myself very active monitoring food calorie intake. There is more important exercise. When I weigh myself tomorrow I expect to have put on some weight so nevertheless it will be my fasting day so I will have no opportunity to put on more. Hi, this is Gary this is day 26 of my alternate day diet and I weighed in at whooping 80.5 Kilos. I jumped up 2.5 kilos. This is because I ate a lot of carbohydrates previous day and this can cause considerable weight gain in contrast to proteins where you can easily loose weight. The day before I have a lot of rice and chocolates and gone home and in the morning I weighed in 80.5KGS. So my learnings apart from knowing carbohydrates can carry a lot of weight. The process I am using for weighing myself everyday is not recommended. Its best you weigh yourself weekly so you can see the progress. This is not a normal weight loss diet plan. Alternate day fasting is quite significant as I have proved in my previous takes where I have shown you how I have lost weight for 6 days consecutively. Anyway because of the day before where I had complete water fast. I did not eat anything at all but I drunk a lot and had one coffee , black coffee and I kept drinking. I went to the gym done some spinning, normal walking 20K steps I managed to make through it without eating. What I am focusing on is to be more focused on my fasting day and relax on my normal eating days.
