If you lose 1 to 2 kgs per week, your body will adjust and begin to believe that this is the weight it should be at, and you will not become extremely hungry as a result of the rapid weight loss. Moreover it can also cause serious nutritional deficiencies in the body which can at times cause irreversible damage to the body or cells.
