We will increase the consumption of protein and, although it seems incredible, also of fat. Of course, you should always choose foods of natural origin, which are unprocessed, of good quality and easily digestible.

In the end we are talking about white meat, fish, some cheese, eggs, legumes, and even a handful of nuts every day. In the case of fats, these must come from vegetable oils (olive, flax, coconut, wheat germ or sesame) and also from avocado, one of the products whose consumption has grown the most in recent times.

These simple keys can allow you to carry out a diet without too much effort, healthy, that provides enough energy but does not unnecessarily fill the reserves of an energy that, in many cases, we do not spend when leading a rather sedentary life. Reduce the amount of carbohydrates and bet on fresh and natural foods, which you can find in the market in your city, and lose those extra kilos that sometimes bring you down the street of bitterness.
