Weight loss story:"I eat chicken and rice for lunch and dinner everyday" | The Times of India – Times of India

I want to keep my fat percentage around 10-15%, build good muscles, feel healthier and better than ever.

What are the lifestyle changes you made?

Disciplined lifestyle made the biggest difference. I started to eat right, sleep well, worked out regularly. I also stopped eating food from outside, hired a cook to prepare my meals the exact way (and quantity) I was supposed to consume.

What was the lowest point for you?

Actually, I never really felt bad about my physique. I have always been confident about my looks or never thought how I look makes a difference to how I feel.

Having said that, even though I didnt feel bad about following an unhealthy lifestyle, I surely felt 100 times more amazing when I was my healthy, confident self!
