James Corden has risen to be one of the biggest names in show business both in America and across the pond in the U.K. Primarily known for his comedic work, Corden can also belt out a tune and act in serious dramas and it has created a really varied career.

When it be hosting his own late-night talk show, providing the voice of a bunny rabbit or playing a popular cockney in a hit television series, James Corden really has done it all. While not all of his roles have been well-received (let's not talk about Cats,) for the most part, Corden has had some incredible performances.

Begin Again has a really fantastic cast which focuses on Mark Ruffalo and Keira Knightley as the two lead roles who both work within the music industry and work together to collaborate. It proved to be a great hit of a movie that really was a heartwarming film.

James Corden is mainly a supporting character within this movie as he plays the best friend of Keira's character, giving her a voice of reason at points throughout the movie.

All Or Nothing is an incredible drama that focuses on a bunch of English, working-class characters who are all forced to work as hard as possible to make ends meet. It's a love story between the two lead characters who are brought back together by a major tragedy.

James Corden is part of the main cast here, despite it being fairly early on in his career. He took on the character of Rory who is a teenager that struggles with his weight which leads to him being bullied and then having a heart attack.

Fat Friends brought James Corden together with Ruth Jones, who he co-wrote Gavin & Stacey with. The series followed a group of women attempting to lose weight at a slimming club and the ups and downs that come with that.

The show did prove to be very funny and despite it being one of Corden's first breakout roles, he looked incredibly comfortable right from the start.

Teachers was a British television show that does exactly what it says on the tin. It's a comedy-drama that focuses on one school and the staff that works in it. However, it doesn't just focus on them teaching classes and the drama of school life for the adults, but it follows them out of school to see what issues they have going on outside of it.

The series proved to be very funny and it quickly became popular. However, James Corden didn't actually play a teacher in this series. He was one of the students who was featured throughout and was one of the smarter characters who happily questions one of the lead characters on their teaching ability.

The Wrong Mans saw James Corden work alongside his Gavin & Stacey co-star, Mathew Baynton as they created their own comedy-thriller in order to continue their relationship on screen. They both took on the role of office workers here where they end up involved in a criminal case.

It's a case of two characters who are totally out of their comfort zone being pushed to their limits and the series did prove to be funny, but it didn't quite hit the same heights as their previous project.

A League Of Their Own is a very popular game show which sees James Corden sit in as the host as two teams that have a mix of comedians, celebrities, and athletes compete against each other. They battle it out about sports, answering questions and competing in challenges.

It is a very comedy based game show and that's why it has become such a big hit as there is so much fun to be had with this show. Nobody takes themselves too seriously and it allows the show to be easy to watch.

Gavin & Stacey is really the show that gave James Corden his first big break in the world of acting. The show saw Corden burst onto the scene in his role as Smithy, who is Gavin's best friend. It's an incredible comedy series which Corde co-writes and it is immensely popular with British audiences.

While his character certainly has tons of flaws, he is also very loveable and kind, and he does bring a lot of the comedic relief throughout.The series recently returned with a 2020 Christmas special, and it has sparked the love of the show once again with a lot of fans wanting it to return again.

James Corden has had plenty of success in the theatre world over his career, and one of his biggest hits was taking on the lead role in One Man, Two Guvnors. This comedy play received rave reviews and was then shared across the UK in cinemas for more people to enjoy.

This excellent documentary focused on the theatre world, taking the opinions of popular actors who have done both such as Corden, Hugh Jackman, and Alec Baldwin in what is an insightful watch.

This one-off documentary spin-off from the popular A League Of Their Own television show saw James Corden join cricketer Freddie Flintoff, comedian Jack Whitehall and former soccer player Jamie Redknapp head out on a road trip around the USA.

Throughout the journey, the group takes on plenty of different tasks and challenges and considering how funny all four men are it created a really enjoyable show. They are able to bounce off each other with their amazing chemistry and it creates an incredibly fun documentary.
