To diet properly, limit the number of calories you take in, but always eat at least 1200 calories a day to ensure your body gets the nutrients it needs. To avoid feeling hungry all day, fill up on foods that are high in fiber, like whole wheat and leafy green vegetables, as well as lean proteins, like fish and chicken. Avoid eating sweets or junk food thats full of empty calories, and try to eat as many different colors of food as possible, since this is a great way to make sure you are getting a variety of nutrients and vitamins. Read on for advice from our dietary reviewer on how to include exercise with your healthy diet!
